Who is eligible for medicare?

  • U.S. Citizen or legal Resident (5 year minimum)


And one of the following:

  • 65 years old and eligible for Social Security
  • Permanently Disabled-Disability for at least 2 years
  • Diagnosed with ESRD or ALS

  • Nursing Home Care





Cost: FREE,  if you or your spouse paid Medicare taxes while working for at least 10 years. (If you don't 100% qualify, Part A  can be purchased)

  • Doctor Visits
  • Most lab tests
  • Emergency Room
  • Screenings
  • Ambulance





Cost: The standard premium amount in 2025 is $185

(Higher depending on your income)

PART-C (Medicare Adv)

Covers 

  • Hospital-related services
  • Doctor Visits and outpatient hospital stays
  • Prescription Drugs
  • Lots of extra benefits like Dental-Vision-Hearing-OTC supplies, Gym membership, etc.


Cost: Varies by the plan you select and the extra features it includes as this is a comprehensive alternative to Original Medicare offered by private companies. Th

  • Prescription Drugs
